Let me just start this off by saying that im not one to write negative reviews ever. I try to give the benefit of the doubt as often as I can.
My friends and I just went here tonight and we got food, which was really good. The floors were filthy and so sticky, my sandals were sticking to the ground.
The older lady who served us was also very rude and dismissive, and she couldn't seem more rushed and disinterested in her job if she tried. She was so hostile with all of us and kept giving us such dirty looks, as if we were disrupting her night. She was so rude and condescending when she asked what hot dog I had gotten, and snapped back asking if it was a cheese dog or a regular hot dog. I could barely hear what she said so I just politely told her it was just a regular hot dog. My friends and I were all taken aback by how rude she was, and that is not how you treat customers. I understand customer service is difficult, but we werent. I wouldn't be so polite to her next time.

I like visiting this place to pick up a quick snack and drink, especially since they are open 24/7. I like the taquitos, they are the perfect snack for any time of the day, and I like how they have changed it to a self serve, so I can choose my own. Other food items are a little more pricey than a regular grocery store but that is usually to be expected with gas station stops. There are always new flavors of slurpees and I've only had once incidence when the slurpee was too liquidy and closer to a juice.

Your new employee on the night of Aug 4th at 12:05 is completely incompetent. He would not add gas to my store purchase. Please train him.

Dropped into purchase something.
Ended up leaving. The volume of the music in the store was at a level you’d expect at a club. It was ridicules. I had to raise my voice quite hi to ask the clerk what the deal was with the volume. He told me it is controlled by corporate and they had no control over it. They were not happy having to work in that environment either.

Very strange I go in a buy 50$ in scratch offs and a bunch of other things I go in all the time and the store clerk takes the hole Case of tickets out and backs up a few steps like I’m going to take them or something lol I’ve got like 6 drinks on the counter and have already entered my phone number to get my points they got like 5 security cameras around not like I’m wearing a mask lol like come on ! Not getting tickets there when they let me pick and choose at many other stores

I ordered four things from here through Uber eats and they spent an hour and a half “preparing my order”. I know that it is hard working at a late hour but an hour and a half for four small items is outrageous. I ended up cancelling the order because after that long of a time I no longer wanted the things I ordered and I will no longer be ordering anything from this place again.

The good:
The morning workers are always very friendly, and the store is kept well. Both of the ladies in the morning are very pleasant.
The bad:
They always seem to be out of at least one kind of iced coffee, and some mornings there's no hot water on the coffee bar for tea.

I work late and come by this 7/11 all the time, because sometimes it's the only option for food. In the last 5 years I've been coming, there has never been a more efficient, servicble, and downright friendly employee than Pradeep. He cares more than anyone that I've seen work there in the past 5 years, and the only one who seems to care about customers rather than be annoyed by them (like all the other ones). The 5 star rating comes from Pradeep.

I ordered from Uber eats and I was missing my 4 taquitos as well as I had received the wrong monster energy drinks. This is not the first time I have had issues with not receiving what I ordered. This needs to be fixed as things are expensive and not receiving the items I ordered really upsets me. Uber eats will not do anything as I have had issues before and the will only help so many times.
