I'm so bummed about this one star. $2 any size hot drink, I was so happy (this was yesterday btw). I see they have turtles hot chocolate!! I'm so excited for that. I get an xl and off to work I go. I'm at work and ready to dive in. Take my first sip, and all I get is hot water flavour. Almost cried, it ruined my whole day. Ended up dumping it out. When I finished work, I went home and made my own hot chocolate to make up for this disaster.

I’m a regular customer, but today an employee named Ketan was extremely rude and disrespectful for no reason. He started being rude as soon as I walked in, which made me feel very uncomfortable. This was the worst customer service I’ve experienced here. I hope management takes action so the store can return to the friendly place it used to be.

Was at 7 11 last night to get a Slurpee and place was packed looked. Behind the counter and seen a huge dead rat just sitting there near all there food. Last time im ever going to eat from there.

The store and its staff discriminate based on appearance and skin color. Despite being brown themselves, they don’t treat customers of their own background fairly. I’ve witnessed them selling cigarettes without ID checks, yet they insist on ID for certain individuals, showing clear bias. Tobacco and vaping enforcement in Waterloo should investigate this.
7-Eleven should review and consider selling certain branches, regardless of how profitable or well-located they are, if the store staff engage in discriminatory practices. Brand reputation should come before profit.

Went in to redeem some points and was having issues, but the worker on staff was a big help, and offered to cook up a pizza so it was fresh for me. He was very personable.

Unbelievable rude behavior. This one particular guy medium tall, with beard and mustache, wears a turban really doesn't know how to speak to customers. Makes a false allegation that a person with me was using my id proof to buy a product where we both showed a separate id which can be verified through cctv. My friend just asked if they sells cigarettes here and told the cashier he will be back in a sec because the payment card was with me. This guy refused to sell the cigarettes while making an allegation that he got outside and bring someone else's ID. Everything can be verified through cctv where both of us showed our seperate id's to clear the confusion. Still this guy rudely told us to get out of the store. The language he uses doesn't belong in any level of store services. This guy needs a doever with the manners or how to speak to customers. Never had such problem with any other store. 7 eleven if you value your storeget rid of guys like these.
