I had a weird experience at Aerie Conestoga… As I was shopping this week, I overheard some of the workers talking and what I heard was so disrespectful. One of them seemed to be a supervisor, and having worked in retail myself, I was enraged at the language she was using to describe her staff. So inappropriate and belittling.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. I was helped promptly and the girl was very knowledgeable. They had a ton of staff and had several ask me if I needed help. They had 3 or 4 cashiers and they were very organized even with a big line up, they moved very quickly. This was also Boxing Day so it was very busy! Happy with my experience and my purchases. Will stop in again next time I'm at the mall.

It was okay. We had a specific target of pajamas and the clerk seemed disinterested in helping us. She waved us in the general direction and left us alone. Unfortunately we didn't find what we were looking for

This store used to have great service…but in the last few months there has clearly been a change in almost the entire staff. Nobody knows what they are doing (they stare blankly when asked for help) nothing is sized, they only carry xs-med anyways (despite being an “inclusive” brand), the workers ignore you, and when they do interact they are quite rude. Scoffs and rude glances. Not sure why the whole staff has changed in a matter of months, but it changed for the worst. Just order online, save the headache.

Cure clothes, TERRIBLE service.Despite having three registers available and 3-4 staff on only one register was open and processing a return of around 50 items. Occasionally other staff would wander up and watch the return but no one offered to help the growing line of customers waiting to check out.This is not the first time I've had a similar bad checkout experience at this location.

This store is not welcoming to plus size or even mid sized people. I was looking for DD bras, but had to sift through limited colours in a bin that was an inch from the floor, below an entire wall of the same product in smaller sizes.Looked at other clothes as well and it was the same thing: XL was put on a shelf an inch from the floor.Sizing is running super small these days.Painfully tried on a bunch of bras that didn’t fit and not one employee thought to mention that they sell bra extenders or even offered to help.The employees don’t seem equipped to help plus-sized customers.My recommendation would be to go to The Bay if you want more inclusive and sensitive customer service/more size options.
