Bright, clean boutique. Great, friendly and helpful staff. Lots of variety by several companies. If you need cosmetics be sure to go there. You can get other groceries and prescriptions there as well. Well worth going there.

The WORST customer experience ever. For all my yeast in Canada, I never have this kind of treatment!Beautiful bigger lady in the beauty shop was Sooo unpleasant. Judging by the look she definitely belongs there and she could be a manager there or just act like that. However, her soft skills, attitude and ability to resolve problem don't belong on the position that has any touch with clients! Much worse, it was my shortstop after Gym on Saturday morning and had two little ones with me wanted to go somewhere else.I got a perfume for a gift and a piece of paper from the sample. Shoppers employee couldn't print receipt because printers weren't working. They told heh that I can exchange it if I don't like it with constrain that have to be unopened (what is reasonable). Parfum is worth around $100. So, I came to exchange it for two others (Ones that I am not sensitive on, particular ones) and add difference approx $70. Also, I wanted to buy a few specific products that I use. Planed budget for spending $300.My request was managed poorly. On top of her approach, body language, voice sound and word choose were making me very not welcome. Not only that I didn't do what I came for also I didn't spend any cent on stuff that I wanted to by extra for kids that they want... I go out and buy girl scout cookies for them.I wanted to go to the manager to talk about this employee... but would be easier and save me more time to find other beauty shop retailer to spend money (where they will be happy to treat you professionally and with respect and where would you feel welcome.)They lose one customer because of their poor judgment who to hire. I won't go back to that store again. I hope this will help all ladyes and gentleman to save their time and avoid this bed customer experience.

It's sad that people with scent sensitivity have to walk through the smelly cosmetic section to get into the store.
