Business manager Jennifer incompetence is frustrating. As a manager you are suppose to be helping your clients and taking further steps to resolve issues. If you are not able to deal with simple dilemmas then I suggest you give it to some one more worthy and responsible. You know the quality of your team by the leader and this one disappoints. I have no issues with the tellers only the managers incompetence and lack of experience seems.

I had some funding issues that needed to be deal with, and bmo's telephone customer service asked me to contact the branch which I opened my account.But no matter whether I transfer from within bmo or call directly, I can't contact them.After I submitted the complaint, Daosheng (Jack) Liu sent me an email telling me that he could not contact me, but the fact is that I never received a call at all!This is a strange branch!

$23 BILLION a year in profit and yet, this bank branch locks up the atm’s at night keeping them from clients.I honestly don’t care if you’ve had vandalism, for $23 billion a year, y’all could get a better security system or hire a security guard. It’s ridiculous that we can only access our money during business hours.

The worst BMO branch! I had an appointment with Liu (Personal banker). There was no one there to tell me where to go. I found Liu’s desk and He wasn’t at his desk. I told one of the employees that I was waiting for him. The employee told Liu that I was waiting for him. He saw me and was talking to his colleague and didn’t care that I was waiting for him. He came to his desk after 20 minutes. Even while he was talking to me, he left his desk several times and talked to his colleague and disrespected me as a customer!! I had another appointment somewhere else and I couldn't be there on time.

Worst customer service ever. If there was an option to give negative rating, I would have given that. People working here have no idea on what they are saying and will tell you different things at different times. THEY DON’T HAVE SOLUTION SO, They will give you a contact number to sort out your issues with credit card or any other bank related services. Pls go to any other BMO branch.

Having been a customer at this location for more than 15 years, I can confidently say that my experience has been nothing short of excellent. The staff has always been incredibly helpful and professional.

Lin opened my accounts some time ago and she managed to enter BOTH my name and email address wrong. I wouldn't mind if it was just a one time mistake but she was absolutely careless. Especially she was literally given my id for the name part. had to visit another branch to have everything fixed

Disappointed with the appointment my wife and I had with Lin Chen today. She hardly bothered with offering any details for a new account opening! She provided us with a booklet, and when we waited for any additional inputs, nothing was forthcoming. I went online and asked her for details on the specific package we were looking for - and she then suggested she's already provided all the information and we've not been listening to her. When I told her I'd rather leave if she was not interested or if we could talk to someone else who might be slightly more interested - her first reaction was that I didn't let her finish. We waited for her to finish, and nothing else was forthcoming again! We then requested to speak to someone else and had a much more informed discussion with the second advisor - Sonia.We were recommended to BMO by friends and had come in to open the account, but this interaction with Lin has certainly put us in two minds.

I had a pre-booked appointment for which they were late; no one even acknowledged me when I came in. I was comparing LOC offers and had an offer from another bank. They basically told me since I wasn't already their customer, I should stick with my bank's offer. Tried to explain how applying works and said "I don't know you". I have a good job, good credit, investments, and equity in my house. They were late, I was ignored, talked down to, and dismissed. I will not be giving BMO any of my business.

Horrible and downright disrespectful customer service.They are not very well organized at all. Firstly, I was only told to bring two pieces of ID to open my business account. When I showed up I was told I needed additional information. That was time wasted for me.Secondly, I emailed the account advisor asking if the attached documents were adequate to open up my account. She said yes. I showed up at our appointment and was once again told that documentation was not good enough. When I inquired why she would have told me to come in and that it was good enough if it wasn't, she began raising her voice to me and talking to me very fast and in an extremely rude tone.If you're looking for decent service I wouldn't recommend using this Bank.

Rude language, lack of knowledge, won’t-even-willing-to-ask attitude. My issue got all answered by calling the general customer service later, not some ridiculous manager/advisor named Ling at this ridiculous branch. That’s not even close to the right way to talk to customer. Thanks to that, do not want to be a customer anymore.

The service we received today left me in shock and disbelief. We went to settle our issue in person and the clerk behind the counter was utterly unhelpful. She told us to do it "online" which in reality implied calling the customer service and waiting on hold for over an hour! This was precisely the reason why we took the time from our day to go to a branch in person to begin with! We tried calling them yesterday and just gave up on waiting for them to reply! How come they couldn't do anything for us if we were there with all our IDs and other documents required? It just blows my mind. I have never experienced such poor customer support at any bank in the WORLD before! I would have rated it as a minus five stars experience if I could.
