I had booked a safety check for the car. I made the appointment late Thursday or Friday and first thing Monday morning. The owner called and said that it just wouldn’t be able to be done. The mechanic is on holidays and then recommended a reputable alternative which I really appreciated, so even though they weren’t getting the business from me, they still wanted to help me out. I really appreciate that.

Dave is a great guy. Friendly, honest and knowledgeable mechanic. He's not just out for the buck. I recommend Dave as someone you can trust with the health of your vehicle. A wide range of vehicles too, whether you have a compact, SUV, truck or van, Dave knows his way around it or will suggest you try an equally trustworthy place. The mechanic helped us without an appointment and stayed late to replace our battery. This business was recommended by friends, so we were expecting good car repairs, but we were moved by the kindness and 'above and beyond' helpfulness we received. The mechanic does not know it, but we were in the middle of a family health crisis and our car broke down at the worst possible time. I never give 5 stars or Google reviews, but am for this place. They have been my preferred mechanic for close to 20 years. I stopped going for a while, only because of a change in jobs and convenience. With COVID I am able to go back to them. They've always given good advice, never once felt I was over charged, and never had unnecessary repairs. I consider myself a hand guy (replaced and repaired my own air suspension compressor in my SUV), so I have a good idea what is wrong heading in or at least an understanding of issues. On a few occasions I've gone in thinking the repairs was bigger, only for them to tell me it was a much cheaper, smaller job. They have always been friendly, treated me well, and given good prompt service.Services: Electrical repair

Dave is the best mechanic I have ever dealt with. We have been with him for quite a while now and will not go anywhere else. His manner is gracious, his work honest and excellent, and his prices more than fair. He will always explain why work needs to be done and even uses pictures to be clear. He only ever does what is needed and what you confirm first. It goes without saying that all this gives complete peace-of-mind with our auto repair needs.
