They do not have a QR scanner to scan and print labels for Amazon returns. Avoid the waste of time, and go to the Pharmasave on Westmount road where they have a legit Canada Post.

Location inside Farah Foods... Horrible service. The staff will start to help you with your pick up and then stop to attend to the "Farah Foods" customers and make you stand to the side. Recently had my second pick up from this CP location and this has happened both times now. The most recent time, the staff member stopped twice to check out the store's customers.CP was better when they had their spot in the 7/11 at King/University.

DO NOT send parcels to this location! This store does not appear as a Canada Post office on Canada Post's website, so if you try to send parcels from a Canada Post office to this store, the person that register your package at the office won't know!just went through this and the package end up being held at some other place and they'd have to verify the new address to get it delivered.

It was the WORST parcel pick up experience I've ever had. I have my parcel sheet saying that the parcel is available to pick up after 1 PM. I arrived there at 2, but the front desk told me that all packages arrived today were left at the storage and they hadn't sorted them out yet so I could not get it until tomorrow. In summary, the only thing that Canada Post never disappoints me is that it always disappoints me.

Absolutely Terrible, had a letter sent to me with gift cards and a parcel with a gift for my daughter that never arrived. Call yo see if their's anything they can do and they just say no sorry nothing can be done... canada post is a dumpster fire!
