If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Worst experiences I’ve ever had at a post office. I will never be coming back here. Try the one in shoppers at the Waterloo plaza for a good experience, avoid this one at all costs.

I work with this retail outlet as part of my job. Everytime I go, the staff are polite, patient, and courteous. Val and her team do an excellent job and manage to resolve every curveball and tricky request I've given them. Makes my life easy and keeps the mail coming. Much appreciated :)

Not sure why the reviews are bad. May be the staff changed? The two ladies at the counter were nice and the elderly lady helped me very well and explained tracking details and other details nicely. I was pleasantly surprised especially since I was hesitating go there but this is the only CPC location in Waterloo.

Just went there, we are returning things we bought on Amazon. The front desk lady with black hair served us . As we are returning the package, she said we need to buy a bag to wrap it up(It’s a really small package like a size of the phone). At the same time, her co-worker gives a huge bag to another customer who is returning a scissor or something for free. I don’t understand what is going on. Me and my girlfriend didn’t know how to react, so we just leave.

Found the staff very helpful. Was shipping shirts to members of our team across Ontario and the staff was very helpful getting this done at a reasonable price. Will use Canada Post in future for my my shipping needs.
