Worst post office I’ve ever been to. Staff are uninformed and don’t know their own rules. Will avoid in the future.

I have been there twice and each time I got a nice experiance there. The staff, especially, Deepa was really nice to me. She was very welcoming and helpful in all the ways possible.

I recently visited this Canada Post office twice in the last week, and both times, I encountered Sue as the clerk. I must say that on both occasions, she seemed unfriendly. Not sure if it's because I am Asian or if she just has bad days every day.

Literally the most miserable staff I’ve ever encountered. Deepa should work somewhere where she is not seen or heard by the public and the old white lady should join her. Maybe they could take the bus together and be miserable with whatever employer is unfortunate enough to hire them. I’d recommend finding employment in a dark cave somewhere

Worst Canada Post Office I have seen. The Mailman who delivers to me happens to scan items as delivered to meet "guaranteed delivery dates" when in reality they show up a few days later. Has happened almost every time I have an Xpresspost package. Probably just want to avoid refunding shipping fees for guaranteed delivery services. Have lived in many places but this is the only post office that does this.

The stuff says because my packages wasn’t sealed, she can sealed for me for $1 each, or I can purchase the tape. When I got home, the receipt says donations to children charities, I don’t mind donating to kids but what’s the protocols for this kind action?

The Sri Lankan lady that works there is nice from my experiences visiting this post office.However, the lady named Sue is really rude and condescending. She doesn't greet customers. Every time she is working, she calls customers forward to the post office counter by saying, "YES?!" instead of "Hello" or "Hi."Sue also provides wrong information. She tells customers that their parcels will be scanned at Toronto as the next tracking point after departing their post office. It actually gets scanned at Stoney Creek before moving forward. I've noticed that she doesn't know how to sort out parcels accordingly into the Canada Post bins, which can cause delays for customers mailing out Xpresspost, Tracked Packet, and Small Packet Air parcels. She may need to be re-trained.
