The automotive staff are kind and professional, but they stubbornly won't bring back the Courtesy Shuttle, so I am going to take my aging car to a different garage the next time I need repairs.

Terrible customer service. I brought my figure skates in to get sharpened and the guy did it incorrectly. The skates were sharp but there was no edge on them so I was slipping all around the ice. I brought them in the following day on the way home from skating and explained nicely what happened and the girl looked at me like I had two heads, said they were “sharp” and there’s nothing they can do. She then called her supervisor and before I even explained the situation she asked if I had my receipt and when I said no, she said there was nothing they could do. An $8 skate sharpening to correct their mistake and they wouldn’t do it. So I had to drive home, find the receipt and then go back. The worker ended up correcting it but overall not a good experience. I have never had issues with them sharpening my skates before this incident.

Ridiculous return policy. If any item is opened with its original packaging, the store will refuse to accept your return or exchange for the same product. Why put products in useless plastic packaging if you want to be able to resell products? If you purchased an item from another location, they won't accept your return/exchange as they're individually owned. Might as well purchase your products from Home Depot or Lowes, where they stand behind their products regardless of what store you purchased from or if it's opened. Poor experience with the customer service representative and manager, Greg. Head office, Customer Service Team Lead, Mary Jane was extremely helpful and ensured to leave me with me a positive experience.

Great experience! Yesterday, as a courtesy, the manager, Mathew accepted a snowblower return which wasn't right for me, past the return date. Sandy and Raidine assisted me for over an hour to make sure I bought the right snowblower, explaining everything and pointing out things I had no idea about. Then, when it didn't fit into my SUV, Mathew delivered it in his vehicle to my home today. This was customer service above and beyond my wildest expectations and they have really earned my loyalty. In a time where good customer service can be hard to come by, the employees and management of Canadian Tire on Weber Street in Waterloo made my experience simply amazing and I'm very grateful to all of them!

No matter what everyone says, I love CT and this location is the only one I TRUST ?. I have made multiple xxxx orders on cash here. I will only trust this location, no matter how far I am. Well worth it on everything I purchase.

Service staff and machine to scan prices doesn’t work at all. Spend double the time you should be in there. It’s 2024 folks

IRRITATED! 4 BRAND NEW MICHELIN ALL WEATHER TIRES AT CANADIAN TIRE WEBER ST.I CANNOT believe I have to write this. But I'm beyond annoyed and apparently talking to AUTO does nothing.I had an appointment December 20th for 4 brand new all weather tires to be put on my SUV. They were put on and I drove my car home. The next morning I noticed that my one tire was losing air. I called them. They told me to come in and when I got there they filled it with air and put soap on it to see if there was any leakage. He said you don't know how often people have brand new tires put on and run over a nail then come back about it... I did not run over a nail. They could not find an issue but brought my car into the shop to remove and have a look at. Almost 2 hours later, they said they fixed a valve issue and it was good to go and they reset the sensors. The next morning... I WAS COMPLETLY FLAT in the same tire. Fixed...apparently not. It's alright sometimes mistakes are made I guess. I called them back, told them the issue and they asked if I received paperwork from the following day and I said no, apparently I should have and they did not make one because the gentleman did not know I was even in that day. He asked me if someone could be leaking air out of my tire...for fun. Honestly! I got my spare tire put on and brought my car to them, not the same day because I had to work and they closed at 5pm, but the following morning on the 23rd. I left it with them for the day and I received a call few hours later saying they filled the tire with air, soap, watched for leaks and nothing....ok. My husband spoke to them on the phone and this is all he said they did, air, soap and watched it. Now I came to pick it up after they told me they could NOT FIND ANYTHING WRONG. The auto shop was closed so I picked up my key from customer service and checked my invoice which said something different...they did a patch and repair. Why were we not told of the patch and why would they repair a new tire with no visible road damage....he informed me BECAUSE NOTHING was wrong with my tire that they could not get me a new one. So now I am driving on a tire with an unexplained issue and nothing wrong with it...but yet there was a repair done. So this morning now on December 24th my tire is fine. Seems weird that I came in twice with a leaky tire and I was told nothing is wrong and they could not get me a new tire and they did nothing but air and soap, they actually did do a patch and repair that they did not inform me of and now my tire is fine. SKETCHY.NOW I can only imagine later on BECAUSE they chose not to just take my tire apart and check for any hidden damage of my inner liner or other, could be damaged and later on this will be MY issue. I am irritated that I received a brand new tire that got fixed TWICE...I should just be receiving a new tire since this one is apparently faulty. Unreal! I am unbelievably bothered by this as its right near Christmas.UPDATE: nothing can be done because it is no longer leakingSomeone explain how a tire goes completely flat over night, it gets filled with air, and it is completely fine. Nothing was done to it, no explanation, nothing. So I purchase a faulty tire and don't get a replacement. They just magically fix it. Never will I trust CT.
