I am so disappointed in this place… my family and I used to get great meat here but it seems something has changed. I got 3 chicken breasts recently and they were just not good. I felt like I had to throw out over half the chicken meat because they were full of blood. I know you get that with chicken regardless but this was like over the top disgusting. I feel like they need some quality control. Especially with their chicken. To be honest, the chicken breasts I ended up getting at Farm Boy were a lot better quality.

If it was possible to give a 10 ☆ rating... this family run shop would be the place! They live up to their name... Quality! All their meats are exceptional. Their cuts are most generous! Fresh farm products. They sell only what they serve their own families. Special orders, if you don't see it just ask for it and they will be glad to get it for you. They treat their customers with the same care the would their own family. Take a trip down to the store... your tastebuds will thank you. Salut!!!

This is my favourite meat shop in town. It's the shop for meat sourced from a local farm. The prices are good, the service is fast, the quality is great, it's rarely busy and the staff will answer any question you have. They have some nice goodies like cheese and frozen foods, sauces, and ice cream but I just go for the meat, usually ground beef, sausages, bacon, chicken breast or schnitzel.

I used to be a regular customer here, and the quality and value for money were great. However, things have changed recently. They’ve raised the price from $45 for a 5 lb bag of goat meat to $48 for a 4 lb bag. Price increases happen, and that’s understandable, but now the bags seem to contain far more bones and fat than before. Out of the 4 lbs, the actual amount of meat is closer to just 1.5 lbs. This has been disappointing, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Such a great shop. Such a great selection of meat and hot sauces. I enjoy getting a nice cut and they always show the best. I suggest if you haven't already. go to Charles and enjoy a great BBQ.

We purchased this insanely good steak at Charles. It was thick and huge! My husband and I bbq’d it and it was delicious! Highly recommend getting g a bigger, better quality steak and sharing it if concerned about price.
