I have been working with account executive Steffen Ruston for the past few months for LTL shipments. I get consistent, fast, honest service.Today I really tested the customer service due to a mistake I made describing the load. Steffen worked with me nonstop in the final hours to find a solution that will get our load to its destination on time.In a dozen or so calls, I have never heard the answering machine. I am a Logistic Specialist with Kadex Aero Supply. We have been working with Contender for a few years. I have had the pleasure of working with Tyler Maloney, our Account Executive for the past year. I often need our skids shipments picked up on the same day, shipping cross border and in Canada. Got a random call from this business asking who do we used for shipment. I awnserd his question then hung up rudely since he realized that we don't ship much idem. Quite tired of telemarketing calls ( Air duck , Google , Web site design, Shippers ). I was having too many issues with Day and Ross and somehow came upon this company. I have had nothing but excellent customer service and rates as competitive as D&R. Such an easy company to work with. They have our business for sure. Very impressed! Dan provides a high level of customer service that you don't see much of these days. Replying in a speedy fashion with the correct information.
