Went in looking for pickle ball paddles. Based on my beginner level I was offered 2 paddles to take to trial. I went back and purchased a new one same as trialed. After more days of use confirmed it was a good choice. Price was significantly less than others including Amazon

I took my badminton racket here for stringing twice, but unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
The first time, the mains and crosses were accidentally switched. For hybrid strings like Aerobite, where the two strings have different thicknesses and wear properties, this can lead to faster string wear and potential long-term structural concerns.
After my second stringing, I noticed scuff marks on the frame—some wiped off, but others were permanent. After looking into their setup on Instagram, I saw that they use a 2-point mounting system, likely a Prince NEOS model designed for tennis rackets. This setup isn’t ideal for badminton rackets, as it can put extra stress on the frame, especially at higher tensions. Scuff marks can be an early sign of frame stress, which raises concerns about long-term durability. I’ve included pictures showing damage at the 3 and 9 o’clock positions.
If you’re getting a tennis or squash racket strung, they might be fine, but for badminton players who care about their equipment, I’d recommend finding a stringer that uses a 6-point mounting system for proper frame support. The store is nice, but for badminton stringing specifically, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

Nice little specialty store with a good selection and friendly staff. Lots of racquets on display but I was looking specifically for some indoor pickleball shoes & Chris was very helpful with his suggestions. So far I am very pleased with my purchase.

Chris the owner is a very nice person but trying to order in products was unfathomably difficult.I had tried to place a pre-order for limited edition 55th anniversary Victor badminton products months ahead with a promise from Chris that he would call and inquire with his suppliers. This was not the case and I had to call in for a pre-order on these products 4 times before the order was actually placed. When he had finally contacted his supplier, I was informed that the products may have been out of stock.Luckily, I was able to receive these limited edition products but the packaging (box set that the racket had come in) was damaged and scuffed on the outside. I love supporting local businesses, but the entire experience was extremely frustrating and will not be purchasing from this store again.

Very amazing Customer service. I would say there are few people in the world they are nice, so humble and at the same time a business owner. I went there first time but I am their customer for good for sports needs and would recommend everyone to try atleast once.
