I participated in the GLAD Program for people with osteoarthritis of the knee or hip run by Heather Grant. There were 6 people in the class and each of us had exercises, resistance and reps tailored to our specific situation. Heather was excellent, constantly adjusting our workout based on our pain levels, swapping in new exercises if some didn't work, ensuring we were always doing the exercises correctly and targeting the right muscles. She was a wealth of knowledge, constantly educating us about arthritis and exercise and happily answering the millions of questions we had. The 12 session Program is excellent, helping to build your strength, discipline, knowledge and motivation. Thank you Heather!

I have been seeing Mike for about 6-8 months. He has always been not only personable, but very helpful. I respect his knowledge and efficiency greatly. The problem that I approached him with is now almost subsided and I will continue to go to him for advice.

I had an excellent experience here. Heather was able to pick up on several things my physician missed, eliminated a lot of my pain even on the first session, and returned all of my mobility. She has continued to answer all of my questions and advise on how to avoid repeated injury in the future. I can't imagine a more effective and professional experience. Thank you Depth and Heather!

I had such a great time training with Mike- he was an unlimited fountain of energy and so motivating! I really appreciated his encouragement to move out of my comfort zone with my fitness routine. Also, he helped me nail down the handstand!

Started training at Depth with Mike Eagan as our personal trainer. Workouts are great. He was able to scale the workouts so my wife and I could complete them together. Perfect balance of fun and a good butt kicking by the end. Would highly recommend Mike to provide the path to improved fitness.

I am so happy to be a welcome member of the Depth Fitness family! I'm currently doing semi private training with Braedon. He has a genuine interest in my fitness journey. Due to chronic back problems I tend to be insecure at times but Braedon's encouragement and the routines he plans challenge me just enough for continued growth without injury.

I've been seeing Kathleen for physio for a couple of years now, since my last child, and my appointments always leave me feeling better then when I walked in between adjustments, workouts and addressing pelvic health concerns she is a wealth of knowledge and a joy to be in her company. She's a great listener and I think that's an important skill for a health care professional. I recommend her to everyone

We brought our son in to to see Sarah after a shoulder injury in hockey. Sarah was well prepared, very thorough and provided great care. From her initial assessment to subsequent appointments and care our son felt comfortable and we felt confident he was in very good hands. We'd highly recommend Sarah and everyone on the Depth team!

PICTURE IT….A GYM FOR ATHLETES OF ALL LEVELS.Fantastic front desk staff, incredible athletic therapists, and the best coaches possible - that's what you'll find at Depth.When I moved to K-W two years ago, I was looking for a new gym…and a new strength and conditioning coach.I look for very specific things in coaches – structured programming and the ability to push me when I need it, the ability to give concise correction and feedback on movement patterns, the ability to assess what I need to be doing for injury prevention, and finally, someone who gets me and who I can joke around with between sets.I liked Braedon Hancock’s coaching style from the beginning – his eye for detail and correction in both 1-on-1 training sessions and larger group coaching in the adult performance classes is one of the best I’ve ever seen. He is truly passionate about helping others reach their potential. With the help of top-notch physiotherapist Kathleen White, he came up with a plan to help me work through a couple of long-term recurring injuries, and I’m now back to lifting regularly with him twice a week.He will now be stuck with me as a client for the rest of his life and I know he’ll continue to push me hard and get me to where I want to be. The entire team at Depth is awesome, and you can tell they care. The training team designs great programs to keep you motivated and coming back for more. I really appreciate that they focus on mobility to minimize injuries. Their trainers give great guidance on form, and can easily accommodate the plan for those of us recovering from injuries.The physiotherapists and registered massage therapists in the onsite clinic are knowledgeable and talented. I also really like the option to use their Janeapp online booking system.
