ordered this arrangement from Waterloo store and it’s really awesome .I loved it .It’s a bunch of fruits and strawberries dipped with chocolate was too yummy and delicious.Thanks lovepreet for this beautiful arrangement and I would like to order again.

THIS IS THE WORST EDIBLE LOCATION OUT THERE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. THEY FAILED TO DELIVER, DID NOT CALL & LIED SAYING THEY DID (yet “couldn’t disclose” the time they called over the phone….), IGNORED MY MESSAGES AND KEPT MY MONEY. Never in my life have I experienced such terrible customer service. NEGATIVE STARS TO YOU.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I ordered delivery for my sister's birthday. They only delivered half the order. I called them the day after to let them know and requested a refund for some of it. It is now 2 days later and I've heard nothing. Horrible customer service and the product wasn't that great! Will never use them again!

Today was my 10th anniversary and they had some complications with delivery but MADISON personally made sure that the delivery was going to get done as it was such a special day. She took it upon herself to personally deliver the arrangement. Great team work let's see that efforts like this don't get overlooked. Give this woman a raise please....

The gift box was lovely and bear very cute. A lovely surprise! It was disappointing though, that the delivery person delivered a balloon with a large hole in it. I do hope that they were honest enough to send a bit of a credit to the buyer.

I placed an online order for delivery from their King Street North location in Waterloo, Ontario. Their website could be more user friendly as I had a hard time tweaking my order to select different delivery dates. Also, you have to be careful to check whether you've landed on the U.S. or Canadian site as it seems to start with the U.S. version and then switch once you start selecting things so you start off with something like "Under $30" but then find you're getting the Canadian "Under $50" version. Once I was sure I had exactly what I wanted, I was able to proceed to checkout and see the final cost. I ordered a Petite classic fruit flower arrangement which was $39.99. The final cost with taxes and delivery was $60.82. This is without any card or upgrade. I took advantage of the free text box to send my accompanying message. I received an e-mail receipt and could track my order, which I asked to be sent the day following placing my order. I heard from the recipients who texted to thank me on delivery day, sometime in the early to mid afternoon. I also received a confirmation e-mail saying that it had been delivered. The recipients were very happy with the arrangement, and I could see from their text that it did indeed look very good. They said that the fruit was very fresh, and that they ate half of it that afternoon - which was great because they just had a baby and were finding it a real challenge to sit down for a proper meal! Based on this experience, I would probably use them again. I have yet to try comparable edible gift delivery services to see how the price point stacks up, but it didn't seem unreasonable for this kind of service. I was happy to know the recipients were happy, and the arrangement delivered as requested.

I purchased edible arrangements through too go to go. It was literally a bag of scraps half of it was rotten I put it all in my compost nothing I could consume. I asked the woman working the counter was she just giving me compost? She had nothing to say she said no words.

If I could give a zero i would.I placed an order for delivery just after Mother's Day.My mother never received anything. I called and complained, the lady on the phone said we tried to call but never received a response. NO messages were ever left on the phones.Now I am out of pocket $$ and my Mom never received a Mother's day gift.Very disappointed, no customer service and no attempt to do right.Please spend your hard earned money else where.

Do not order from this location. I had ordered the mini BBQ set they had on for the summer for my husbands birthday. They called me to let me know they didn’t have the little BBQ set so I had asked them to substitute for something similar. No one called me back to let me know what the substitution was. So I called the morning of the delivery. I spoke with the owner and she was incredibly rude. Sounded like an older lady. I was polite but she was annoyed with me from the start of the call. They had completely switched my order for something else. And I had asked if I was going to get a discount (this was a 100$ order) for them switching the original container with a basic cardboard box. She started on this rampage of how I was getting a ribbon and a balloon (which I had already added to the order and paid for). I stated she was being rude and asked for a supervisor. I was clearly just a customer wanting information on a 100$ gift I was sending my husband. I was surprised to hear she was the owner. She then proceeded to get extremely defensive with me stating “this is my voice with a cold. I have a cold” listen lady. I also have a cold right now and I am not talking like a troll to you?! I cancelled my order and I am reporting her to the franchise. This was awful.The other locations service Waterloo anyway. So don’t order from here.This review is based solely on my opinion and perspective of events.

I ordered a Mother’s Day box of chocolate covered strawberries and two bouquets of flowers. The strawberries were all different sizes, not put in the box properly. The bouquets had wilting flowers and one was fuller than the other. Paid $160 and did not receive anything worth that price.

I receive a beautifully package edible arrangement for my birthday. The fruit was fresh. The chocolate perfectly molded to the fruit while it was presented in a cheerful, colorful box. I would highly recommend the arrangement of 4 strawberries, 4 bananas and 4 granny smith apples. Enjoy.

I know this company is very busy I get that.But my daughter is a front-line worker who has worked every day throughout this pandemic.I ordered her a platter but also, three smiley balloons and a card which I poured my love and admiration into.She got the platter, which was beautiful and that's it.When I called the young girl said “what would you like us to do”, I had to suggest a refund.And it's not even about the money, I wanted it to be special for her, she is a PSW and they don't get much recognition on the best of days never mind through this God-awful pandemic.Just disappointed.
