Brian Lane took his time to educate me on what's new in TVs, and even paid a visit to my home to see where the TV would go, how much light is in the room, and what the sitting distance is, among other considerations. He really knows his stuff! Greg and Corey arrived on time on the morning of the installation, and they were super friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. When the TV was installed they took their time to give me a demonstration of what I need to know to operate my new TV. Highly recommend!”
