“Ordered something online for pick up in store. I didn't wait for confirmation as the website said they had it in stock. Got to the store and was told they didn't have any product left. After further discussion the manager said he would go look again in the back. He came out with the item that I ordered. Received what I ordered which is great but I just wish it went a bit smoother.”
