This is the first negative review I’ve posted, but it seems this store does not care for either the quality of the merchandise it sells or its customers. The dress I purchased had stains on it that I did not notice in-store. When I tried to return it only a couple days later - obviously unworn, with receipts and tags attached, they refused a refund because the garment was “not in re-sellable condition” despite it being in the condition they sold it to me in. It’s not a cheap dress either. Extremely disappointing.
Update: in reading other reviews it seems this is not the first instance of someone buying clothing that is already stained and then being refused a refund. So if you are purchasing from this store, make sure you check over the items carefully. The standard company response - that the complaint will be forwarded to the district representative or their help line - does not seem like it will result in any changes as I have already contacted their help line and received a response from the Ontario District Manager condoning this poor customer service.

It’s kinda like Shein. Nice flattering dresses but they are mostly cheap china-made. The prices can be a little high for the quality of the dress. It’s a great store to get a dress in a pinch, and I have bought 3 dresses from this store - but every time I get home I always seem to find damage or poor workmanship. I still keep coming back though…

After stressing alllll month about finding a dress to wear to a friends black tie wedding I finally found a dress that I don’t look ridiculous in with the help of Erin. Thank you Erin and staff for being so extremely attentive and listening to what I like and dislike, I wasn’t sure about it and the staff was so encouraging that otherwise I wouldn’t have found it. One less thing to worry about ✅

Not only did we find a great selection for dresses for my daughter’s event but we were there for at least 90 minutes and received such excellent service. It was very clear how well run the store was. Thank you Ariana and team!!
