I can’t say enough good things about Erb St IDA. The pharmacist took extra time to help find a more affordable option for a prescription that wasn’t covered by my benefits. It made a huge difference, and I really appreciated the care and effort. Great service, friendly staff — highly recommend!

I have been going to Mairaj for years now and he is one of the best, most attentive pharmacists I’ve ever had. He’s on top of my refills and coordinates with my doctor to make sure everything hums along. Highly recommended!

Excellent experience. The pharmacy is clean, well-stocked, and the service that Pharmacist Raj provides is genuine. First time I’ve felt like a neighbour rather than a customer in a pharmacy. Make the drive and head over here, you’ll be glad you did.

Excellent service, last week I went there to get my COVID-19 vaccine and the person in charge was super friendly, the injection didn't hurt at all and everything was super fast.

The pharmacist Raj was pleasant and kind, always made me feel comfortable and he genuinely cares about the well being of many people in my area. The IDA on Erb St W. is the best pharmacy experience I've had.

There's a reason this pharmacy has a 5 rating. Best customer service in the area hands down. I also love how the pharmacist recommends the least intrusive medication as much as possible. Highly recommend switching to this one if you live close by or if you're looking for a great experience when you need to pick up your medication.

Ive been using Erb St IDA pharmacy for about 6 years now. Mairaj is always polite, professional and positive. Ive developed a trust with Mairaj as he handles my medication profile with concern for my well being. Never had any problems with wrong medication/ dose ect. Mairaj makes himself available to answer questions and gives detailed info as needed with each dispensing.
I plan to always bring my medication needs to Erb St IDA. Also, this location has a great selection of vitamins and supplements that meets my family's needs, and if its not onsite Mairaj orders it for us. Reccomend.

Their delivery driver harasses female customers, called their store, they just said the driver was being friendly. “Asking a married female she’s pretty, if he can get that ring as well” is not a way for being nice.

Best Pharmacist I've ever had! I have moved since first coming here and continue to come back because of the excellent service.Very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Always greeted pleasantly. Takes the time to make sure you fully understand what you are taking and any side effects, also ensures you go home with a hard copy of the information.Even called me on a Friday before a long weekend to make I was able to come pick up my prescription before the closed. Top notch!
