We had an intermittent noise from the rear of our vehicle for several months. On two occasions in the past year the clunking sound was silent on arrival to fix it so Essential auto couldn't do it.
A week ago I dropped in while it was active and they recognized it as a "Toyota Drum clunk", a not infrequent occurring condition.
Today they fixed it in minutes with a brake adjustment... and much to my surprise did not charge for the fix!!!
Let's call it an Essential YAH! .... A much appreciated gesture which goes along with the excellent service we've had since moving to Waterloo over 20 years ago.

This was my first experience at this garage. I needed the air conditioner in my suv looked at short notice and they accommodated no problem. The service was excellent and the prices are very reasonable.
