In short:The owner guy is rude and shows too much attitude. He acts like he is doing me a favor and talks with condescending tone. I did exactly what I was instructed to do by Amazon for return. But this guy insulted me in front of all the people waiting in line. It's NOT OK to look down upon people younger than you in Canada. You need to give your customers the minimum respect.Details:I went to this store on last Thursday to drop off some return packages. Their store's red open sign was on, door was open and I could see the staff inside. Right after I went in with my boxes, the guy told me with a disrespectful tone "we closed already, we have a lot of work to do, can you come back tomorrow?". So I left.I went back next day (Friday) to return 2 Amazon returns through Purolator and 3 boxes through FedEx. There was a long line of people. When I was closer to the counter and I mentioned briefly I have Amazon return for Purolator, staff assumed that all 5 boxes were Amazon returns and she told me they only accept 2 return boxes per person!How come they took dealership is 3 major logistics companies (DHL, FedEx, Purolator) and can set a limit on how many boxes people can ship!Reason is they have taken too much bigger of a bite than they can chew.The store is small with boxes overflowing and under staffed to handle the load for running 3 major shipping companies in this era or online ordering and returns especially in an university area!Finally when I got to the counter, I showed them the Amazon Purolator barcode for them to scan. Amazon instructed me that I don't need to print the label, just need to take to Purolator store. The owner with condescending tone told me that "I don't care what Amazon told. I don't work for Amazon, I work for Purolator and you need to pack it and print label for it. The poly pack and printing label costs me money. This time I'm giving you, next time I won't". He won't even let me talk and tell him what institutions I got. He just had too much people in the line and wanted to get rid of me.That was in front of around 20 people. I didn't ask any favor from you, dude! If your store cannot do what you posted a sign for, then admit your shortcomings that the problem is in your system that you cannot take Amazon return with barcode only. No need to insult people.Then comes the FedEx boxes. On my part, I didn't have the labels attached to the box as I wanted to check something with the store. But just seeing that boxes don't have levels attached, he told me to get off the long line that I waited in to go buy my own tape to attach the level and then come back. He was already unhappy that he had to print Purolator label and use a polybag for me. So now he basically busted. He interrupted me and didn't even listen why I didn't attach the labels and insulted me again.You are running 3 largest shipping companies' dealership with minimal staff in a smaller than required store to make money and you are being cheap about few feet of tape after making people wait in long line!I didn't feel like dealing with him anymore and told him that I'll go to some other store and he promptly replied with condescending tone again yes please go.

I waited half an hour to drop the two packages that I had and one of the staff members asked me to wait on my turn to help the person who came after me because apparently my request would take longer. I left immediately as I believe this was completely unfair on their part. I agree it was crowded but I waited 30 minutes to be helped already.

Poor customer service. Looks to be family run. Mom doesn’t speak English and doesn’t know how to make $$ change. The 2 daughters don’t know anything and keep deferring to their father, who is rude and obnoxious.

I wanted to pick up my FedEx parcel today.I checked the place on Google beforehand and it said it was open until 7pm. When I arrived at 6:31 pm, I was told (in a very disrespectful tone) that they were open until 6:30 pm (the place was still opened) and wouldn't give me my parcel.

In practice of social distancing, have your unit door opened up and make clearer lineups! There are 3 other tenants here in such a small corner unit and their lines clog the door without knowing who they are actually queuing for until that door has been touched for the nth time.

Good place, there is a public computer available for printing. Few pages around 2 $. They do except packages. Recommend to pack yourself your package.
