OUTSTANDING! Derek and Fine Line were quick, affordable, and left the house spotless. So many times in working with other home repair/renovation companies there are hidden costs, long waits, and drama... NOT IN THIS CASE! Derek got me a great price from the get go, and installed very quickly. Highly recommend Derek and High Line!

You enter into a dark dismal sales area, which is an instant turn off. This is followed by an absolutely worst sales guy I have ever in the world I have ever known. Leaving there was a great pleasure.

We had an excellent experience working with Derek on our fireplace. Derek was full of great ideas, patient with all our questions, and didn't hesitate to come out and view the space on a few occasions. We ran into some snags with our contractor and Derek was very patient and accommodating. We are thrilled with our fireplace!

The before and after are amazing. Derek and John and both installers at Fine Line Gas are great to deal with. Old school business mentality of integrity and quality work, and they sure got the job done right. Had some smells with concerns and they came back out right away to ensure it was nothing as well as a be back appointment to re-clean the gas and ensure fit/finish was met to my expectations. Ordered the fireplace with them, easy to deal with and very knowledgeable sales/install team. Have recommended them to family and friends already. Check out the before fireplace with the gold and then the new one with a frame around all black and works fantastic, cozy basement within 20-30 min. Process from inquiry to order, to after follow up has been great.

I was having an issue with my gas fireplace that wouldn't turn on. I went into their office and spoke to John who went above and beyond to help me out. He explained several things to help me troubleshoot my problem, and it worked out beautifully. This is a business that puts customer satisfaction above making a buck. I will always recommend Fine Line Fireplaces to anyone. Thanks for all your help.

I cannot speak highly enough about this company. The whole crew led by Derek and John were incredible from the moment we walked into the showroom until the day they left the job.First we received a very thorough rundown of all the products and features by Derek and he carefully listened to what our hopes and dreams were for our family room fireplace. They worked with us from start to finish coordinating with us and accommodating the timeline of getting our mantle at Timeless Materials where THEY offered to pick it up for us. We even threw them a few curve balls along the way and without any hesitation, Derek was on it and showed his true professionalism when it came to helping us devise a plan for a new direction.They expected the whole project to take 2 days and it ended up taking closer to 2.5-3 to rip out the old fireplace, do all the insulating and venting, install the fireplace and then frame the whole thing. They also installed cement board, ran some extra conduit for power, smart thermostat and TV cables and the like.(I'll be doing the finishing work myself.)On the last day we were then given a through rundown by Mark on how the system worked and how to maintain it. We're now trying to figure out where else in our home we might install a fireplace because the experience we so incredibly good. These guys are the best, you won't regret hiring them!
