Terrible customer service. Took car in to get bumper repaired and 2 new tires. Told them I want my old tires when taken off the vehicle.
Jeff "forgot" to give me the tires even though i have an email confirmation from him. When I asked him where they are he began to tell me he doesn't understand what I mean my tires. When I pressed him on them, he said they were tossed out. He then gave me $30 off... was, like that is going to pay for two car tires.
Bunch of thieves if you ask me.... don't get your car service at a place that doesn't know what car tires are!

I took my tesla in for an estimate and was told by Hero not to expect the bumper to match the rest of the car when they are done. In his word " you can look around and see most don't match"I took my car to a real body shop with actual standards and my car was repaired perfect paint matched exactly with the rest of the car.I would never recommend this place based on their standards and terrible customer service.

Brought my tesla to Jeff at Fix Auto and was treat excellent from start to finish. Pricing was fair and the customer service was A+. Communications was perfect and they repaired it in the time they said they would. Highly recommend them. One happy Customer from Guelph

These days it can take 1-2 months to get an auto appointment. It's how it is. Once I got my car in though, they were fast. Brought it in on a Tuesday got it back Friday afternoon. Looked brand new and I was thrilled. Thanks !

Unfortunately I've had to visit this company more often than I wanted. Attention to detail and I've never had to return my vehicle for poor workmanship. Detailing of my vehicles were amazing, like brand new! I thought I'd review this business after a less than stellar visit to another body shop because I couldn't get my vehicle in here for repairs. There is a reason they are always busy !

Recently bought a new truck and noticed the door wasn’t seated correctly. Was told to take it here to get corrected. They fixed it and it looks great. Jeff was friendly and called me when it was done.
My tonneau cover had a gasket sticking out. I never mentioned it to them and was just going to fix it on my own. On my way home I noticed they fixed it. They didn’t even mention it to me but it was a nice surprise and that little detail showed me the techs obviously care. I know where to go for future body work.

Another shop quoted me minimum $5000 to a realistic amount of $28,000 for a repair of my vehicle. (for a door- Tesla) The guys fixed the door within 5 minutes and didn't charge me a dollar. Saved me money & more importantly my time!

Quality, efficient and professional service from the body shop. Jeff Leeper is an excellent manager. They schedule a date two months in advance for your job and keep the date and time perfectly. Management par excellence. They did warranty work on my vehicle twice and I am extremely happy with both their work and service.Thanks Jeff and your team.
