They put a dint in my Christmas shopping when I bought a gift card.
The clerks are great and fun.
Foot locker stripped my gift card intended for a gift to a U.S. citizen for not understanding that Foot Locker Canada does not support cross border gifting.
The contract was printed on the back of the card in a terribly small print for an old man of 77 years to read on the spot.
Taking my cash value for the monetary Canadian value of my Christmas gift was not very friendly nor exactly good business.

I really enjoy this location and will continue to come here. Every time I go here the service is top notch. I went today and Zack was very helpful and i left very pleased with my purchase.

My friend ordered some shoes for my son but they did not come in. I'm not leaving a 5 star review for shipping, or speed. In fact, the shoes were lost. I called the store and spoke to Arvin. He was quick to understand the scenario and act on it. He called the store it was shipped from and sorted out the situation for me. So while it sucks the shoes are taking longer to arrive, I'm so happy that Arvin quickly got to the issue, dealt with it and called me back soon after. Thanks Arvin! Doing what you did makes you memorable and will make you memorable wherever you go.

Brought my daughter in to purchase shoes and the "salespeople" are too busy talking to eachother, completely ignoring you, or avoiding eye contact so they don't have to help you. Ridiculous.

Really disappointed. Spent a couple hundred of bucks because of urgency but would never visit again. An associate was purely discriminating and wasn’t very interested in helping. Action is certainly required.
