The service is great. I have had many things framed here. Heidi and her team know exactly the frame to compliment each piece. Just turned some simple frames into succulent planters for my garden.

Both myself and my parents have used the Framing & Art Centre on Phillip a few times over the past decade or more. Always had positive experiences. Staff are friendly and helpful and their framing services - while not cheap - have always produced excellent results.

The staff is enthusiastic about their work which made me feel like I could trust their opinion on selection. Pulling out as many frame options as it took was added fun for them, not 'extra work', which I appreciated. Price checking was voluntarily done, so I didn't feel like a chump asking. I've been to 'another place' with a 'coupon' and none of this was true there.The end result was a perfectly set, well suited frame which I know will easily last for decades. Packaged well and handled with care with a couple nice extras, like giving me hanging hardware so I didn't need to make an extra trip to the hardware store.They also insisted we sanitize before we came in which I appreciate because, well, I don't want to give or get a serious viral infection.Thanks for the great work all!
