What an incredible buying experience!!! Keegan is excellent to deal with. These people are genuinely good people, who go out of their way to make a deal easy for the customer. Like others have said in reviews. Don’t worry if you are out of town buyers. They made life easy and had an excellent car, as described. We will definitely be using them again!!

To me, integrity is of the utmost importance. I am a retired Canadian Forces soldier, and in my circles, sticking by your word matters. When I was looking for a used truck, I was wary after having had a couple of negative experiences with used car dealers.
I researched for a couple of months looking for the kind of truck I wanted. I got it down to 3 dealers. I dealt with Ryan at Frank Gies.
Ryan was straightforward, easy to deal with, and provided a better price than the other dealers. He stayed late so I could come and test drive after I got off work.
A few weeks after I had purchased the Truck, I had a problem with the backup camera. Ryan was quick to make it right and followed through on everything he promised.
I highly recommend buying a vehicle from Frank Gies and will be happy to purchase from them in the future.

I purchased my dream car, Acura RSX Type-S, from Ryan at Frank Gies Auto Sales. He agreed to put a warranty on the car. Every single time I had an issue, whether a sensor or something major, they worked on the car and fixed the issue. I have to thank Frank Gies for being so honest and genuine from the sale of the car, all the way to honouring their word. I would strongly recommend this dealership!

Ryan Gies was great to deal with. We did 2 test drives and were in and out with everything signed in less than an hour. The buying process is way easier than at a big dealership. Ryan was personable, informative and not the least bit pushy.
They were willing to negotiate, we got a good price on a good car and it was ready for pickup in a timely manner.

Ryan and Keegan are the most personable, understanding, and patient people I have ever met from a dealership. Having slim to no knowledge about cars, they have been the most thorough and understanding individuals when it comes to explaining. They make fixing your car an easy task and buying a car from them an even easier task, which I have done both now. I trust them with all my vehicles from now on.

I bought an excellent vehicle from here with low kilometers and all the options that I wanted a very high-quality vehicle. The customer service was excellent. Ryan was very professional no hard sales tactics just very honest. They definitely make sure that they choose only the best vehicles to sell and I would definitely buy from this dealer again just an excellent all around experience.

Had a good enough experience buying a car here, but the service is abysmal. Took 3.5 hours for a tire swap when they told me it would be an hour, and when I picked it up, they had scratched the hell out of the bumper backing it into the garage. It's a shame how hard it is to find people who actually perform the service they advertise. I will not be going back.

We travelled approximately 3 hours one way to check out a Lexus they had. Met with Ryan on the first visit and what a laid back no pressure approach to car sales. We negotiated a fair deal for the vehicle and made an appt to pick it up the following week. On our return we met Keegan, Ryan's brother in law. Also very laid back and very helpful. He even changed the battery in my truck fob because it went dead while we were there. Looking for a car...visit these guys!!
