I love getting my car cleaned with Fresh Autobody! They offer a wide range of services and I really appreciate their hard work and attention to detail! From my experience the owner/employees are always kind and considerate and have reasonable prices compared to other places I've been in the past.

Jiwon and his wife did such an amazing job! Picked up my car and it felt like a brand new car again. All the dog hair and debris from moving a bunch of things completely cleaned. Such lovely and kind people who do amazing work for a very reasonable price! Will definitely be bringing my car back here in the future :)

I brought my SUV in for a full detail in preparation for summer and a new baby. While the interior cleaning was well done, the overall experience left a lot to be desired.
When I picked up my vehicle, I noticed that the driver’s seat had been lowered all the way and was no longer functioning properly — it wouldn’t adjust back up. I mentioned this to the detailer immediately. He fiddled with the controls and even had someone from the auto shop in the back take a look, but ultimately shrugged it off and handed me back the keys. The seat worked earlier that day, so it’s frustrating that the issue occurred while the car was in their care. At 8 months pregnant, I was especially concerned about the safety of driving so low.
What made the situation worse was how awkward and dismissive it became. I had to initiate the conversation about compensation, and after an uncomfortable back-and-forth, he finally offered me $30 back on a $270 service.
To be clear, I don’t believe he deliberately caused the seat issue — it certainly could have been bad timing. But as a service provider, responsibility is about accountability, not blame. When something goes wrong while a customer’s vehicle is in your care, especially after a high-cost service, the minimum expectation is empathy, professionalism, and a good-faith effort to make it right. Offering some form of compensation, even a modest one, is part of building trust and customer satisfaction.
To top it off, the exterior of the car — specifically the tires and rims — were not fully cleaned, despite being part of the service package. I found grease smudges still on the rims when I got home and ended up wiping them off myself.
I imagine Jiwon (the owner) might justify this by saying the interior took longer due the state of my vehicle — I hadn’t had it cleaned in a few years — which is exactly why I brought it in. They even charged me an additional $30 for salt removal, which I was totally fine with. But I was never told that the condition of the interior would reduce the attention given to the exterior. If that had been communicated, I would’ve happily approved extra time or cost to get the job done right. Instead, I was left feeling uncomfortable and a bit judged for the car being “too dirty” … again, something I was proactively paying to resolve.
Unfortunately, while the inside looks great, the lack of accountability, incomplete work, and poor customer service mean I can’t recommend this business. A disappointing experience for what should have been a premium service.

I’m so very happy I chose Fresh Autobody for my detailing needs. I have three dogs, so cleaning this car ain’t easy. Jiwon did a fantastic job! In less than 90 min he brought my car back to life (and he didn’t charge me any extra for the pet hair removal). I will definitely be returning in the spring…if not sooner.

I brought my Toyota Matrix, that I had recently purchased, for a full interior/exterior detail. I chose the package with interior shampoo and wash. Jiwon and his wife did a fabulous job with getting all of the stains out from the previous owner.
I was so impressed that I also brought my wife's Toyota Sienna and my son's Honda Civic for the same package.
I was impressed every time.
If you’re looking to rejuvenate your car at a reasonable cost, I highly recommend Fresh Autobody!
