Poor corporate policies prevent the employee's from being able to provide proper customer service. Unfortunate that they list games for sale but never have them in inventory, even after numerous visits over a few weeks. Friendly staff and nice and close to the food court.

I used to come here as a kid when it was EB games. Every time I entered, it was just magical. Nowadays, everything is digital, so in reality, there's no point in even going. Now, that doesn't mean stop going! You can still come here and get collectibles items and much, much more, but for me, it's the video games, obviously. Keep at it 5 stars all the way

Gamestop staff are very helpful and friendly.They are quite knowledgeable about the products they sell.The store is very clean and organized.I like the variety of memorabilia that they sell.
