Shitty customer service from Sophia. Just called the stuff I came to return cheap. Was rude throughout.
I understand that Gap Factory items may have different return policies than Gap merchandise. Sophia referred to my items as “cheap,” which felt rude and unprofessional. A simple explanation of the difference would have been enough without making me feel judged as a customer.

Poor service. Went in for a return. Unfortunately I didn't have the receipt as it was a gift (but tags were on). The refusal of an exchange or return wasn't the issue, but the 2 staff members that I dealt with were extremely rude and unhelpful during my inquiry.

Always a reliable place for everyday basics. The clothes are comfortable, stylish, and easy to mix and match. I like that GAP keeps things simple and wearable, especially for casual and work-friendly outfits. The store is well-organized, staff are helpful when needed, and it’s easy to find sizes. Quality has been consistent for me, and sales make it even better value.
Will keep coming back.

Employees were very friendly so welcoming.Had bed experience with a manager she ask me to check out with another associate because another associate was my friend i was okay with that but she was very rude with me and my friend who work there i was not even going with her just standing in line and my friend is already with someone else i was anyway going with another cashier but she cut me in middle and rudely ask for to go to other cashier being a manager she can be at least little generous to tell me that.who i am going to tell if manager of store is rude by herself.I wrote this hoping not affect anyone’s job that how i feel personally.

Terrible customer service all around. They will find any excuse or reason to refuse a return, and when speaking to the store manager she was extremely rude, and disrespectful. Also please watch your receipts here before you pay because they won’t tell you about sales or discounts they have and then try to charge you full price unless you point it out. Honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time, I hope managers and employees receive some training to improve.

I often visit the GAP store at Conestoga Mall in Waterloo, and it’s always a great shopping experience. They offer a wide selection of clothing for both men and women, with plenty of sizes available. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find what you’re looking for.
They also have great deals and promotions, which make shopping even better. The customer service is excellent, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Plus, the store is clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant shopping environment. Definitely a great place to shop for quality fashion!

Thank you to Alex for helping my friend find the perfect outfit for Saturday. He has not been shopping in many years. He is really happy with the fit and quality. You made our night fun instead of stressful. You knew exactly where things were and made the whole experience easy.
