“Muskan served me via the phone in the Waterloo shop, and she was so patient and took her time to make sure all details were correct for delivery. She was caring and attentive and it was a pleasure to deal with her.
My order was for next day (Thursday) by 12pm to Stratford and she was able to arrange it. Will definitely deal with again. Thank you Muskan.”
“Absolute gem of a store! We love coming here for gifts or some fun home decor. The vibe and style of this spot is everything. 🥰☀😎🍁”
“Very unique items in their store. A great selection of cards as well that are 'different'. Nice 'In Memory' selection of frames and items. If you need a gift or just want to treat yourself this is the store to go to. I love it!”
“A local treasure of a store. Browsing the Mercantile was always the highlight of a visit to the Crossroads restaurant for my mother. She could have spent hours here. I bought my parents a large wind chime from here what must be fifteen years ago now and it is still cherished. Glad to see its still open after the restaurant's closure.”
“I really like this store. Every time I go to St. Jacobs I go to this store and always buy something. The owner has excellent taste, because clothes and accessories are selected according to color and style. There is a large selection of fashionable clothes in the most fashionable colors.
Love the abundance of high quality scarves. I will definitely come here again.”
