Bailey and Sarah went above and beyond with their customer service when I went to pick up materials for my school project. Bailey provided us with suggestions/advice on how to put everything together unprompted and he and Sarah even showed us how put it together in-store. I'm very thankful for their help!

Standing in line, a customer (very polite man) ahead of me was waiting on a refund. The girl at the till was very rude in tone and manor to him.
She told him she doesn’t have $100 in her till to refund him. After he left she opened her till and started laughing, she said i have lots of money in the till i just did not want to help him…
This is no joke to treat your customers this way. This entire event was overlooked by a superior of the store.
I will no longer be supporting this location.

Sarah helped me pick out the right Emtek door knobs for unique doors. She got all the information to make sure that the doorknobs would fit the job.
Wanda at the cash put me in touch with Ben’s Lock and Security to install the doorknobs. Ben did an excellent job.
I value the personalized service I get at Glenbriar Home Hardware!

Went to this home hardware as I was needing a new oval bathroom sink.
The staff at this location are excellent, they are very helpful.
Home hardware is my go to hardware store as others don’t have any staff willingly to help you.
Do yourself a favour and visit this home hardware for your home improvement needs.
