Went beyond my expectations. I called to make an appointment for a headlight repair, and they were able to squeeze me in same day. Once I arrived, my son wouldn't get out of the car, but Brian didn't seem to mind, and let him stay while he did the repair.
I will be returning for future repairs and maintenance.

Some of the nicest and friendliest mechanics! Very knowledgable and they don't do unnecessary work to pump up their bill. They were recommended to me years ago and are my go to shop even now that I am no longer in Waterloo. Great work Guyz!

Called about a wheel bearing issue, sudden onset whirring sound from the front left. They initially couldn't find the problem and sent me home with a bill for trying to figure it out. Next day I took it in again because the sound is obvious, they found its the wheel bearing, they're not sure exactly which one, but one is obviously bad, likely rear left. I said go ahead, change it. $600 later, it wasn't that one. They said well its the fronts probably then. Do we just keep guessing and throwing $600 at each corner until it goes away? Went home with the same broken car and a huge bill. Good guys, you can tell they want to do right by the customer, just didn't fix the car.

Today my daughter had a car emergency as she is a University of Waterloo student. We brought her vehicle to Good Guyz garage. The staff provided us with immediate professional service at a very fair price. As we are parents that live 3hrs away, it is comforting to know that we can rely on the good people at this repair shop.

I've been going here for 20 years, and have never once been disappointed. Quality is the top priority here, and then the customer experience. I've seen them call around to get a better warranty on a part, or a better price, and they never tried to up sell us. This is what every mechanic shop should be.

Was absolutely floored when I got my bill to replace rotors and pads that I supplied. It took them less than 2 hours and they charged me $442.49 in total. I was expecting to pay $200 for not even a couple hours work. Now I know why my car was the only one in the shop.They didn't even provide an overview of the state of the car. Disgusting.

I would like to thank the guys at Good Guyz for getting my vehicle in for exhaust installation. Brian did a great job with my exhaust. I would highly recommend Good Guyz for any auto related repairs or diagnostic services. Their prices are very fair.
