I made an appointment (online) for a tire swap. They didn’t show up. Since I did it online I can’t be 100% certain which location is at fault but the KW “office” is closest to my location.
It’s unfortunate because mobile auto service is a great idea but they need to show up! I would recommend only booking services by phone.

The man who replace my sparkplugs broke 2 of the screws and he did not tell me that causes the engine misfires and i was stock on the middle of the road. He also change the belts and i told him, belts are squeaking and he answered, you have to change AC motor. That long haired short man is a liar. Do not ask these company for any repair. Its also cost you twice and they will destroy your car.

The best pizza in Windsor, no, in Canada! You can stop your search! Full of flavour and amazingly baked! Friendly staff and family owned bringing the feeling you are home! We should have the chance to give 10 stars

1. You can’t get a hold of someone
2. They give you a time light years away
3. Their prices are 3 times the standard
4. They ask for a deposit before you see them.
5. They are never on time so they in fact waste your time

Extremely unreliable. I will never use them again. I wasted half a day planning for the mechanics arrival to fix my vehicle, The time and day of the appt was booked. They couldn't even be bothered to notify me (the customer) that they unilaterally cancelled my appointment. They pretty much lied to me about why the mechanic didn't show up, just blew me off. couldn't care less. So NO, I won't be using them EVER again, and if you don't want to be left hanging out to dry, BUYER BEWARE.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My brake line was leaking and I couldn't drive to a shop. Luckily I didn't have to tow it because GoWrench came right to my home. Definitely will use them again now that I know they exist!

Prompt and friendly service guided by clear and timely communication. Used their mobile gas fill service to inflate flat tires. They reached location on time and did a thorough job of checking that tires were in good condition before reassuring me that I could continue driving as usual.
