Always responsive!!
I needed a new insert for my Hauser cushions as Toronto raccoons moved into the cushions during the snow season.
Not only did Hauser tell me how to clean the cushion covers thoroughly, they also promptly ordered a new insert as the crafty coons knew how to make their winter home in them.
I did know that the cushions should be indoors over the winter but thought that I could get away with it.
As ever, they will look fabulous on our deck and patio again this summer.

Top tier quality and service. I ordered the Brio Forza Natural Sofa earlier this year. The quality and comfort of this sofa has been such an improvement in my new condo!! It fits perfectly in my space and looks great too. Super impressed by the staff who helped me pick it out as well as the delivery people. Very friendly and helpful! 10/10 would recommend Hauser to my family and friends!!!

I worked closely with Lori Arnott at Hauser and she was absolutely amazing. She knew their product line inside out. I sent her my backyard plan and she gave me a bunch of ideas for furniture that would suit exactly what I was looking for. She was creative, decisive and smart. Her design services were excellent. I was so slow to make decisions and she was extremely patient and kind. Thank you Lori for making my shopping experience so great.

This place is a joke... If you order online it takes 7-14 business days even know I live next door to the place I can't go and pick it up. And people encourage to shop local when you have same or next day service with Amazon. Their stuff is also outrageously overpriced

Wanted to leave a review regarding a sofa I purchased. Not only is it beautiful, but the delivery was seamless. I had a short delivery window due to elevator constraints and Andrea M. was very helpful in communicating that request to their team. My concierge mentioned this was one of the most professional deliveries he’d seen in a long time, punctual and only took the guys a few minutes. If you have any hesitation with large deliveries, just know their team is very experienced.

The showroom on Weber Street in Waterloo is small. The product is good quality and the product selection is different from the standard big box stores. The price is also much different from the box stores, ie, higher. The staff do not have a good understanding of product features or specs and just default to looking up information on the internet... Same as you or i could do. If you are an educated buyer and you can rely on your own research on products and prices then you may find some good products here that you won't find elsewhere.

The cord on a tilt umbrella purchased in 2016 broke in 2020. Re-purchased a replacement May or June 2020, which broke in May 2022, less than 2 years in use, and conveniently after the warranty expired. The same cord issue, which breaks from inside rendering the expensive umbrella useless. Not only the cord quality issue was not addressed, but we were re-sold an umbrella which quality went down and broke in half the time as the first one. I see that other reviewer had the same issue, so it's a known problem that Hauser is not interested in correcting. The quality of this product, and the customer service are subpar, the company does not stand by their products. I would not purchase again from Hauser, nor recommend it to anyone.

Bought a tilt umbrella less than two years ago and the string has already broken rendering it useless. Tried calling the Waterloo store to see if I could at least get instructions on restringing, but they don't answer the phone. Got through to the London store, very apologetic, but not able to help. Really disappointed for such an expensive umbrella.
