“Always great customer service. If there is an issue, I know they will fix it. A bit more expensive than Bell but worth it for the customer service. I have been with them for 5 years. Bell has come by twice now with offers for their new point to point internet but I'm happy with Waterloo Wireless/ Megawire.”
