i booked a truck for 12pm， i contacted if i could come an pick it up. They said its ready early but lied to me. I went back and forth being told my truck was taken. Then I waited till my time， they still said my truck is not available. They lied twice.

I have been a customer of KW Safe storage for 15 years. The storage lockers are affordable and available in all sizes. The owner, Harry, is a great person that will work with you to fill your needs whether that be: moving, storage/locker size, financial and/or flexibility with hours of access. It's a secure/safebuilding. The customer service and flexibility has made me a loyal customer for 15 years. I did not receive the same experience at other storage facilities in the area which is why i came to KW Safe Storage and havent looked back. I highly recommend Kw Safe Storage.

I definitely made the right choice by using KW Safe Storage. The entire staff was very friendly and made the process of moving all my things in extremally easy and convenient. Their hours are 10-4 however, they will work with you to make sure they're available when you need them to be. The facility is clean and secure with many storage options available at a very reasonable price. I would recommend KW Safe Storage to anyone who is in need of storage space.

Mr. Harry is the best. I am not very much used to write reviews, however his service was wonderful. I was moving to Waterloo for the first time and was struggling to find a storage place in my budget. I looked up in Google and called Harry who made sure I get the most appropriate place to fit all my stuff at the most competitive price. He is very flexible in pickup and drop off timings and further helped me loading into the place and offloading. This kind man is sure to be not only useful to everyone, but very helpful. Highly recommended!

I am so grateful to Harry and KW Safe Storage!! Harry kept my belongings safe and secure for six years and is truly the kindest person to interact with. KW Safe Storage is immaculately kept. The storage spaces are dry and temperature controlled and the units and the hallways are always spotless. Over the years Harry helped me to move to a smaller unit and made paying easy, even when I was out of the country. I would honestly *much* rather store my belongings here at KW Safe Storage, rather than at a larger storage facility - You'll get a blend of safety for your sacred belongings and friendship!

I rented storage from KW Safe Storage two times. Harry was incredibly helpful and kind. When I needed extra assistance with with moving heavy items he found me help at a price that I could afford. My belongings were kept safe and dry and his prices are reasonable. I highly recommend KW Safe Storage

K-W Safe Storage is simply the BEST! I have been there for more years that I would care to admit but over those years, owner Harry was helpful, friendly and just wonderful! The facility is climate controlled, well lit, squeaky clean with absolutely no pests, and of course SAFE as the name indicates! I cleaned out my unit today, and with a hug, said farewell. I actually shed a tear pulling away. No! Really!! I imagine I will pop in just to say hello, at some point because Harry is just that nice. I highly recommend, short or long term! I had the pleasure of meeting Harry recently during a last minute move. He provides incredible customer service and made a stressful situation much easier. He is well connected and he recommended solutions for some other logistical issues.
