We have been going to Columbia Auto ever since we moved to Waterloo. Then we discovered that Columbia Auto had expanded to include Lexington Auto, and that Scott headed the team there (I remember Scott well from when he was at Columbia). We are so impressed with the Lexington shop. Like Columbia, they embrace the values of customer service, timeliness, quality work, and going the extra mile to help you out. I've absolutely shown up out of the blue and said "Scott, can you help me? The car needs the following..." and he has always been accommodating and helpful (although I know he'd probably prefer if everyone just made an appointment so that he can manage the day!). The Lexington location is a real gem, and I enthusiastically recommend it to anyone who is searching for a really good independent mechanic. I don't think I could ever move from Waterloo unless Columbia Auto group agreed to move with me.... Thank you Scott and team at Lexington!

I took my car to Lexington Auto to get an issue diagnosed and repairs done. I would describe myself as the exact opposite of a car expert, but Scott and his team took care to answer all of my questions in detail. I recommend this place to anyone needing work done on their vehicle. This was our first time having our car detailed at Lexington Auto. Scott was great to deal with over the phone in setting up an appointment and explaining the different levels of service. Very professional. Our 2015 Subaru now looks brand new! We will be returning each year, or as needed! Thank you Scott!
