Booked online using the service offered on the website. The day before my appointment I start getting messages to change my appointment. I booked this time in advance specifically because we are going to a wedding, so no, other times don’t work.
They ended up canceling on me because they were double booked. I’ve been here before and they were good but after this experience - Not worth the hassle - won’t be going back

I came here this past week to get my bio gel nails removed and get a simple manicure so i can grow out my natural nails without them looking damaged. The workers were not pleasant, unfriendly, and looked very tired. The three workers rotated between four customers and us customers took turns waiting for someone to continue attending to our nails. The job they did was fine and simple but for some reason the skin around my nails is super dry and peeling… I definitely won’t be back here.

Last year I went for a pedicure and limped out with bleeding around my nails. Decided to give them a second try this past weekend and again left with a cut. Won’t be back.

I’ve only went here once for a new set of acrylics, the design pretty well done but within the first 3 days of having them multiple nails have fallen off and I received an infection on my pinky finger as well. I’ve had them in total less than 2 weeks now and almost every nail has fallen off more then once and I’ve had to go buy my own nail glue on top of the $80 I payed for my nails to keep putting them back on. Overall, I would not recommend if your getting a set of acrylics and I’ve never had an experience like this.

Rude staff. If you called for appointment and they dint have time, you cant go to another salon ir they stop providing service because you went somewhere else last time. Ridiculous.
