I was at the store today just after 5. I drive there to pick up a DeWalt oscillating tool set that was on sale. I went to the pro checkout area to ask about it. They called someone to come over to tools. After about 15 mins of waiting in the aisle for help (item was locked up) I saw the associate from the key cutting desk look at me and make no effort to help our call someone to help. I ended up ordering it online while waiting. After 20 , I left the store without one associate acknowledging me. Customer service is severely lacking.

good selection of items and prices but return service (short, female) employee is rude and there's only ONE cashier for the entire store, located at at the self checkout. no signages whatsoever.

On Dec 26th, I had a deeply uncomfortable interaction with Assistant Manager Mark at this location. He was dismissive, confrontational, and unwilling to listen, repeatedly talking over me instead of working toward any solution. At one point, he implied that I was being dishonest, which was both insulting and unprofessional. When I calmly addressed this, his demeanor became increasingly agitated rather than constructive.
His behavior (in front of other staff) shut down any possibility of resolution and ultimately drove me to leave the store and take my business elsewhere. Not only did he embarrass himself but he failed as professional role model for the younger staff.
Unfortunately, Mark’s conduct reflects very poorly on store leadership.
