Was talking to an employee on the 22nd to see if i could return pants that ripped at the seams (i’m not a big girl, 120lbs) and the cashier was asking me questions (my account details, etc) when the manager barged into the conversation and was extremely rude. She said “It looks like those pants have been worn…” yeah good work sherlock! if i’m paying 120$ for a pair of pants i expect them to be able to hold up. This is why they had their Quality promise, which i wasn’t aware changed until recently. I was super nice and polite to the employee, i never asked to speak to the manager she just decided to spawn in. She was very rude and insulting, she was talking to me almost as if she was trying to accuse me of something. I will never be shopping here again as a customer of over 8 years who buys all their leggings here. worst experience ever

I had an amazing experience at Lululemon thanks to Rita. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and took the time to help me find the perfect gear for my wife and daughters. Her friendly demeanor and genuine passion for the brand made my shopping experience enjoyable, considering how busy the store was. I appreciate her assistance and will definitely be returning for more. Thank you!

Nobody at this store answers the phone. I called for two days and not a single staff member picked up. I do not live by the store so this is extremely frustrating. I’ve been calling to ask a question about my online order that is going to be cancelled if I do not pick it up today and nobody answers! Roads are closed and unsafe weather conditions to travel in! I’ve already paid for my item, I just wanted to know if they’d hold it for one more day until I can get there. Very disappointed.

I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Rita Shamoun during my visit to Lululemon, and I can’t recommend her enough! She was an absolute delight—so easy to talk to and incredibly helpful in helping me pick out jackets and leggings.
She was quick to do her job while maintaining a personable and attentive approach. She helped me find the perfect sizes and even offered to check me out via tap, making the whole experience seamless and enjoyable.
What stood out the most was how she truly took her time with me. I never once felt rushed, which is rare and so appreciated in retail. Her vibe is just wonderful—warm, approachable, and professional.
Thanks to Rita, I’ll definitely be shopping here again. Lululemon is lucky to have her on their team!

My Daughters and I each had a number of exchanges to make due to purchasing the wrong sizes online. We had every intention of locating our items by ourselves and were pleasantly surprised when Kate jumped in and quickly grabbed everything for us. Everyone in the store was smiling and pleasant. Our order included exchanges, items that needed to be shipped to home, and a couple of new purchases... all coordinated at the cash by the Manager, also with a smile. Kate was exceptional and made a daunting exercise a breeze!

I have never been so disappointed with shopping at lululemon until today. The employee was too busy chatting with another employee and he forgot to take the tag off my pants. Resulting me making another trip back to the store. I didn’t notice until I got home to try them on. Realizing the tag was still on it.

Went in to exchange an online purchase . They made it very easy and even put an order in for the item I wanted because it wasn't available in store. Phenomenal customer service, which can be rare these days !
My only negative comment is that they utilize FedEx as their shipper, and they are not great .

Was in store for a matter of 30 seconds and was approached by a wonderful kind young lady named Brianne.
She was as positively the most help anyone could ask for when a person my age could ask for coming into a store I typically fine foreign.
The while experience finding and carrying out finding the perfect solution to make my wife smile she made it very easy.
When all by myself looking for certain items I can invision what I would like to see but usually mess up somehow.
Not this time Brianne helped me conquer this task with ease.
I again cannot thank or compliment this young lady enough and the true kindness at the checkout her name was Lisa .
I will no longer have anxiety of going into this store at a later date to find more gifts.

I guess i didn’t dress up as their valuable customers when i did my return, order the wrong size online since i forgot what my size was, so i wasn’t welcomed there
The cashier gave me an uneasy glare and responded “idk some kind of visa” when i asked which card i made the payment (i have a few cards so they get mixed up easily), instead of helping me find the last 4 ending numbers. Other places would have done that and I’ve received such nice customer service
Anyway, guess i buy sport clothes somewhere else now

As soon as I walked in the store I was helped by numerous members of the staff. Everyone was super welcoming and assisted me in sizing out the items I was looking to purchase. Staff like this are what sets lulu apart from other brands and is why I will continue to give my patronage! Special shout out to Jasmine (like the rice) for helping me with my purchase. I wish I got the others names as wel as they deserve props as well. Cant wait to be in for my next purchase! 🌞🌞

Disappointing that they don't do repairs anymore. I had a simple repair along a seam and repair wasn't an option. For the price of the clothes, I would have hoped they would stand by their products.

Customers be aware of Lululemon's gift cards scammed. This company is selling gift cards that are compromised. A few days ago, I bought a gift card at shoppers located in Waterloo, Ontario and when my husband tried to make an online purchase he couldn't.
Apparently the gift card was used before and the balance was $ 0.96. I immediately contacted Lululemon customer service and the guy who received my complaint told me that unfortunately this is happening very often. Later, I received an email from Resolution support saying that "gift cards are treated like cash, which means if they're lost, stolen, or used without my permission, they cannot replace them"
Lululemon don't even take the time to investigate the documentation I provided such as purchase receipt and the actual gift card. They don't disclose any infomation about the transactions made with gift cards and reply to inquiries with emails that has the same format for customers like me who are having this issue. No refund, no gift card replacement, so I guess I just got scammed by Lululemon.
