I went in to buy insulated coveralls and the sales people seemed very annoyed to be bothered by questions. They seemed annoyed by me and annoyed by each other. Very uncomfortable.

Great selection, my fav go to for boots without selling a kidney. Got ultra light work boots that allow me to replicate power rangers while on the job site!

Went to this store last day and met the most terrible employee. Guess she is the employee on duty, very arrogant. Was browsing around and heard her talking bad about another customer who had just left. Not surprised! And also the fitting rooms are so dirty, wish they cleaned instead of all those gossiping.

Dirty change rooms and no bench or chair in there to avoid the very dirty floor. The 3 stubby hooks were insufficient to hold my items, personal clothes and purse so I had to try to brush off the dust marks off the clothes before putting them back.

I found out the hard way that the place beside Canadian Tire had shut down. Went on line to find out they moved to the Boardwalk. I called (16.8.2024) and got "sorry the person you are trying to reach is not taking any calls' . Really ? When I went there today I mentioned this to the staff. I got a big shrug and was told "we know, our phones are not working". Really ? It must be weeks since they move and obviously nobody cares

Why doesn't Mark Work Warehouse have shopping carts? I need a cart for my purse and all the clothes I want to try on. Very inconvenient to carry items around the store.

I recently visited the store with a very complicated exchange and refund. The cashier was incredibly patient and took all the time needed to fix the issue. His dedication to resolving the problem and ensuring my satisfaction was commendable. Excellent customer service!

Went to Mark's just before Christmas for some presents and was surprised because I forgot how large this store was. They had great sales and their shoes and clothing are of great quality, I remembered they last a very long time. I bought some beautiful classy and casual sweaters and a new pair of winter boots which we had to exchange for a different size after Christmas. I just wanted to say that each time the customer service experience was fantastic, they greet you when you walk in, they're very pleasant to interact with and extremely helpful. An all around great experience! It's definitely a go to store for us now.
