I have been to BAC auto a number of times even when it was a Meineke franchise and the service has always been exemplary.
Run by brothers John and Franco, these 2 are extremely courteous and their mechanics are A1. Service is always top notch and all questions will be answered. I honestly have only 1 complaint. Why aren't there more trustworthy auto shops like this BAC located in Waterloo on Weber 29 Weber St N. I am neither friend nor relative, simply very satisfied customer. Now that I am moving from Brampton to Milverton, I know I can rest easy knowing my Honda Accord will continue to be well cared for. Thanks, John and Franco for the excellent exhaust repair

By far the best shop in town! Only shop I trust to service all of our vehicles. They have serviced every car we have owned in KW for years. EVO X, AMG C63s, A3, GLB 250, AMG A35, AMG GLC43, Civic, and Sonata. My son bought his first car from Franco 4 years ago and still loving it. They do it ALL, mods, tires, rims and scheduled maintenance. John, Franco and can't forget Bruno and team - thanks for taking awesome care of our vehicles along with your honesty and great prices!!!

Everyone was very helpful and advised me which option I should consider for my repairs when I wasn't entirely sure what to do. Now my car runs better than when I got it, so I'll definitely be going back if I need more work done :)
