Recently I celebrated my daughter birthday, the experience was good, with a friendly staff and lovely decoration.
You're responsible for food and drinks. The only thing that I can mention is the waiver could be better with a link to share with others parents, this takes time when everyone arrives at the party and need sign up.
This place is highly recommended, the experience was unique!

Provides solid offering for us crafters. Sometimes stock is limited and I cannot find everything I need, but there are times when I need to personally inspect quality and colours, when working on a design. I, obviously, cannot do this online. Love the curb side pickup feature, once I am familiar with a product. I shop here regularly, staff are friendly and helpful, and I would recommend anyone checking this store out for holiday decor, crafting projects, decorations, etc. Sales can be generous, too, so look out for those.

Wow... spent $74 dollars to have a photo plaqued (which is already a ludicrous amount of money to pay for that service) and when I got the photo back there was dirt/grease smudged all over the picture. How nobody caught this I do not understand but for that price this is a little ridiculous. If you value your art and money, stay far away from this location.

I love Michael’s. It’s great for crafting supplies, decor and baking. What I do not appreciate is rude customer service. I went to this location to exchange some yarn and I didn’t have my receipt. I have a lot of anxiety around social situations so I ensured I read their policy and knew that I was able to make this exchange with out a receipt. When I got there I lined up and had to wait as there is only self checkout now with one till and the manager told me to us self checkout. When I explained I was doing an exchange she very rudely told my “then you’ll have to wait” which I was already doing. When I got to the cashier I was told 3 times that I cannot do an exchange without a receipt and when I tried to explain that according to policy o was able to and then I was told to calm down and no one said they were not going to help me so I needed to relax…. I was calm and I was also told they wouldn’t help already 3 times. I then processed to try and leave so I could just take my business elsewhere and the associate tried to grab my bag of stuff and keep it from me saying “no no we can do it for you” when I tried to get my stuff back she would not let it go so I had to aggressively pull it out of her hands so I could leave
