Online experience was terrible ordered 4 funko pops and they all came damaged. Do NOT order online from mindgames. No bubble wrap, no protection they just stuffed them in a box. 3 out of the 4 were chases. Disgusted is not even the word. Would give a ZERO if there were an option

Very disappointing experience! I visited the store last week and noticed an item that might work for my grandson's birthday. There were 20% off signs displayed on the shelves of various versions of the item. I didn't have time to make my selection then, so returned yesterday to make the purchase. When I went to pay, I was told that the 20% off did not apply to the particular set I chose. When I questioned it, I was told that the discount is only for certain sets, the ones with the sign directly below the sign, but also others with no sign. What? I bought it anyway and was already familiar with their terrible return policy -no refunds, limited exchanges. When I got home, I looked online and discovered that I could have purchased this item elsewhere for at least 20% less than I paid. Now I know I should always check while still in the store to avoid their higher costs, or probably better yet, just shop somewhere else.

I had bought a funko pop from this store about a week ago, to my surprise I realized it was a bit dented when I got home, I did more research about the pop figure to realize that it was $15 on the funko pop store and they sold it to me for $30, I realized it was not a good investment so fast forward to today, I had called to ask about the returning policy and had told them that I needed the money for food and it has been a rough time finding a job and I have no criminal record. They told me they don't do returns and had said sorry to me but i know it was not genuine due to reading old negative feedback sounding the exact same, I feel completely disgusted with this company. I feel forced to buy things from the store due to them only being able to do store credit or exchange. I highly recommend not to go to this store.

Had a really bad experience with this store today.
My 5year old received a toy RC car as gift on his birthday along with a gift receipt dated for the same day from a close family friend. The car box was sold to them as an open box item. Since my son received a couple other similar cars, I decided to exchange this one using the gift receipt. To my utter surprise, the store rep denied exchanging it citing open box.
A bit disappointed, I returned home and decided to let my son play with it, only to find out the box is missing the charging cable.
All I can say is I trust the person who gave the gift to not have opened the box and lost the cable, but this store gave me enough reason never to trust them with my money in future.

Mind games is just loaded with games and collectibles for all ages.Staff is friendly and very helpful.They are also very knowledgeable about the products and collectibility of them.Pricing is decent, and there are great sales available all the time.

When you have a sale/clearance you should sell it for that price not the first time I wanted to buy something on sale and they won't sell it for sale price they tell you it's price locked what a scam so I left it there

75 cents just cost a future customer!The privilege of shopping at Mind Games cost me a ridiculous $0.75 for a shopping bag so I could cart away my purchases.This isn't a grocery store... other retailers in the mall provide bags free for the products purchased (my Lululemon purchase came with a nice bag). I'd sooner they mark up the products to cover the cost of a bag (that advertises their name) than to insult me with having to pay for a bag! In retrospect, I should have just left everything at the counter and then shopped those products on Amazon.Sad really... nice store, but now I'll go into browse, then buy from Amazon!Surprised the credit machine didn't ask for a tip
