I do not recommend being last minute however I was last minute near the end of the day , The lady Mohjan stayed late and helped me troubleshoot even working the photoshop to ensure the brochures turned out to my desired specifications. Really appreciate the consideration it helped a lot. Will be printing here in the future

This afternoon I had called to see if they could help me with 76 photocopies, the gentleman said they could get it done for me. I drove over and walked in for service. I had 7 pages that I wanted copied front band back 10 times each. I waited 15-20 minutes when the staff member who was helping me came back and said I would have to come back to fulfil my order (I heard her on the phone with her boss because she did not know how to use the copier). Since I appreciated the walk in service I agreed. Upon coming back four hours later, my order was complete. There were double the amount of copies, as my documents were not copied front and back as I had requested and the bill was $45. I print these documents yearly and normally pay about $17 but my local print shop no longer offers this service. Poor knowledge, terrible attention to detail and outrageous prices. If I didn't need these documents today I would have not accepted the order. Really disappointed.
