Really impressed after going in for an appraisal. Will be using this location for any future problems i might have and possibly my current problem. Very easy to talk to, extremely knowledgeable. Super impressed by these guys would recommend anybody with a VW to go see them.

I stopped by this body shop in Waterloo on my way out of town because I noticed an issue with my car window before a road trip. The owner/technician came out right away, greeted me warmly, and took the time to carefully check my car door. He ran a few different tests, spent more than 10 minutes making sure everything was fine, and reassured me that it wasn’t an issue.
The best part? He didn’t charge me a thing, even though he gave me his time and effort. That level of honesty and kindness is rare these days. Truly great service, and I highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of car care in Waterloo!

Dan and his auto body people are 5+ stars. Dan himself was hands on and took the time and tools to fix a common latch problem among Ford Escapes all with enthusiasm and a positive approach. Wouldn’t give up and not satisfied till he fixed the issue. This after a north end Ford Dealership couldn’t figure out the fix. In fact, Dan was recommended by an out of town Ford Dealership. Highly recommended and prices more than reasonable. What a find!

By far the best service I could have hoped for. I had my rear bumper and light replaced, it looks as good as new. I had lots of questions throughout the process from quote to finish and Dan and his team patiently answered all of them. Not only did they do an amazing job on the bumper/light replacement, but they also went the extra mile and cleaned up the interior and exterior. I can’t thank them enough for all their hard work!

In July I had the rear bumper replaced and a rusty section removed on the driver’s door sill of my RAV4. Northdale Auto Body did an excellent job matching the paint and staying in the estimated cost. Customer service was excellent.
Last week I had my Mazda Miata in to have the rocker panel on the passenger side looked at. The customer service was excellent and I was soon on my way with the panel perfectly in place. I will recommend Northlake Auto Body to anyone who is needing body work n their vehicle.

From my very first phone call for a quote to the moment I picked up my car, Northdale Auto Body exceeded every expectation. The bubbly personalities of Choy and Dan made the entire process not only stress-free but truly enjoyable. The whole team is professional, and the communication was beyond 5-star — I always knew exactly what was happening. When I saw my car, I was amazed — it looked brand new! I know there are many behind the scenes body workers in the shop that deserve recognition too. Way to go team. I brought my car in to have some very minor bumper damage fixed (from a taillight install that had scraped the bumper and left a small dot of missing paint). The repair took 3 days, which matched the original estimate.
Dan and Choy were very helpful, accommodating and 100% committed to customer satisfaction. The job was done perfectly to the point where even I cannot tell where the damage had occurred.
Knowing that the repair has a lifetime warranty also makes a huge difference, it shows that they stand behind their work.
Thank you for taking care of my car and also for answering my questions!
