I always come here whenever something goes wrong with my vehicle, Chris and Kevin are great and honest guys and they're always honest with what needs to be fixed. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to avoid the dealerships.

Blew a bearing in my vehicle on the weekend, priced it out on a Monday morning and drop my car at the shop. Said shop looked at it and quoted the bearing at almost $700. I called Northfeild auto for a second opinion.
They quoted me a much more fair price, so I picked my car up and limp it over to Them. They Originally told me it would be dealt with later this week, but they had it done that same day before 5 o’clock. Hands-down one of the best shop I’ve ever dealt with in Waterloo Region

Chris and Kevin are the absolute best. I don’t want to bring my car anywhere else ever. They are very honest. If they say something needs to be fixed, I trust them. They are always conscious of cost and will tell me when a repair is not crucial or if we can do a patch job for now. Many times I’ve had to just drop my car there after hours unexpectedly due to some issue and they always get it back up and running the next day. Quick honest service. What more could you want??

We have used Northfield Auto for several years and it has always been a professional, reasonably priced and very honest autoshop. They will not sell or service our vehicle unless it is necessary. They have always spent time addressing any issue we have had in a timely and honest approach. We can always depend on Northfiels Auto.
