I enjoy my appts here very much. Anna is very talented and I love her service. All the staff are friendly. It is a nice, calm atmosphere. I highly recommend.

My wife recently went in for a manicure and pedicure. She was clear with the nail technician about the colour she wanted, but they gave her the wrong colour.
She also asked for extra paint for her pedicure and they said they would apply it; unfortunately, they didn’t apply it either.
Overall, she was hoping to go get her nails done to feel good, but the experience did the opposite and she came home feeling worse. For a first time customer experience, this was not acceptable.

First time at this location today. Iv been going to a different location for 2 years or so. I left before the quality and service has gone down hill. So I tried this location and I am SO beyond happy and thrilled with everything !!!! The moment I walked it until I was done . It was an incredible experience and I will definitely be back !! I think her name was Remie ( I'm not 100%) but it was so wonderful amd my nails were amazing !!!!! Thank you girls ❤️

Always the best experience here! Never have issues, only had one and they had me come in the next day to fix free of charge, highly recommended staff, always so pleasant☺️

I had my nails done (acrylic fill) on December 21st and I was very impressed by the care, attention and professionalism shown to me. Victoria was the technician who did my nails and I just want to say thank you for the beautiful job you did on my nails. I will be back.

I’ve been coming to this place for a few years now. They’re always friendly and through. I prefer a natural looking gel nail and they do a great job making it look natural.I always get a regular pedicure and bio gel nails. Never had a bad experience here and the price is reasonable compared to other salons I’ve tried in Waterloo.Services: Foot massages
