The service at People’s was phenomenal. From the moment I walked I was treated wonderfully and they made sure I felt comfortable. There was no hassle and they were straightforward about everything which I loved. Thank you to the manager Jordan for handling everything well.

Had a really bad experience buying a gift for my BF. The staff is horrible and rude .The old lady who helped me won’t even let me see the things I wanna buy . Just to let you know I was not even touching anything and didn’t wanted to , but just wanted to have a closer look . Go somewhere else . There are other nice stores and nice staff working who will be happy to help in a very respectful way .

The Associate (Sandra)was very friendly. She smiled and greeted ne asking how can she be of assistance.She asked what I was looking for and what was my budger. Very important question. Once that was establishedthe pieces she showed me wete perfect and the sale was completed within 10 minutes I left feeling very happy.Great Custer Service.

Very poor customer service and product. Purchased a bracelet for my infant niece which broke into two pieces within a week. When I was buying the item, the Representative assured me that if there may be a discrepancy with the product in future, they would replace it. However they never explained that replacement is guaranteed with an additional protection plan only. When I requested them to provide a solution for the damaged item, the same Representative answered very rudely saying a child can break anything and this is fine gold, they can’t go around replacing items for everyone because gold products are fragile and can break in even 2 days. This was a very unpleasant experience and I would not like to go back there.

I bought my wedding band at this location and wanted to share what a delight it was to work with Sandra. She was very helpful when it came to picking it out, and helping me find something that matched the feel of my engagement ring. We ordered it on a Saturday, and it said it would be in by Tuesday. Checking the order number, I saw the shipping information said it had been confused in the mall's mailroom and might be sent back.I went back to People's and was delighted that Sandra remembered me, and was excited to be the one to pass over my order. But her level of concern and effort to help figure out why my ring was lost in the mail system was above and beyond what I could have asked for. She phoned both People's and Conestoga Mall's customer service to try and sort through what was going on. And then phoned me and left a very excited message when it came into the store.Not only did Sandra remember me again when I came in to pick up the awaited order - she was about to head on break when she saw me and insisted on waiting to ensure she could fully close the loop. She was sweet and persistent, had an amazing memory and shared some lovely advice for both me and my mother for the wedding day. Above & beyond customer service. I couldn't recommend this location and working with Sandra herself more.

SANDY IS HORRIBLE.GET THIS PLACE A NEW MANAGER? PLEASE TELL ME WHY I AM ARGUING WITH A 50-YEAR-OLD LADY AT 3 PM ON A WEDNESDAY TRYING TO RUSH ME ON A PURCHASE, fine… I’ll take my business elsewhere, thats OK. What made me write this one-star review was that she dared to start saying I was contradicting my statements with which options I liked more and simply sending the message that I had no idea what I was doing and was wasting her time. NEWS FLASH, I'M THE CUSTOMER; WHY ARE YOU TRYING TO EMBARRASS ME ON PAST STATEMENTS ON WHICH BRACLET I LIKED MORE BECAUSE I ENDED UP SAYING I DIDN’T WANNA SPEND $55 ON A STAINLESS STEEL BRACLET?? ?? Stainless steel is the cost of a couple of cents for this. So next time, Sandy, don't act so arrogant and knowledgeable on people’s comments to attempt to use them against them when they do not want to buy something in a meager inventoried store. 0 STARS IF I COULD.

Every time I've come in for something other than purchasing (getting diamonds checked over for warranty, trying to get something fixed, etc.) the staff have been rude and condescending. This has been at least 3 separate occasions. My fiance who had only ever made purchases here said he encountered rude staff as well.

I recently purchased 2 items from Peoples at Conestoga Mall and the salesperson, Jordan, was tremendous! He was professional, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable! As a result of Jordan's expertise, I found the ideal gift! I will definitely be shopping at this Peoples store again because of the wonderful service that was provided!!

Jordan was an absolutely fantastic, professional and caring presence at the store. He untangled two very precious pieces of mine and did so with patience, precision, persistence and no shortage of warmth. Anyone who comes to the store would be blessed to have his support on their jewellery or entanglement journey. What a special person making a difference to people each day.A small edit! As luck would have it, I found myself back at Peoples Jewellers again today with another tangled necklace (my laptop also cracked this weekend, so I suppose, when it rains it pours?) and Milosna took time and care to untangle it.Milosna is thoughtful, people-focused, dedicated and very warm. And I feel grateful to have met someone who cares so much about others again here. Thank you, Milosna, for your outstanding service, big heart and care!
