I have always taken my 3-year-old Goldendoodle to previous PetSmart locations in London and have consistently had great experiences. Unfortunately, my visit to this location was very different.
My dog was groomed by Jade-Marie, and within an hour I received a call saying he was not doing well and had an accident in the bathtub. This was extremely surprising, as he has never reacted this way before, and past groomers have consistently commented on his excellent behaviour.
Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this location. Additionally, I would appreciate no longer receiving repeated calls every six weeks asking if I need to book his next grooming appointment.

This location is absolutely amazing!! The staff are so friendly and helpful! Especially Hailey who helped me purchase some fish. She was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with care and enthusiasm. I didn’t catch her name but the lovely woman at the cash was also amazing! Recently I didn’t have a great experience at the fairway location but this made up for it. I’m only going to this location going forward. Thanks ladies!!!

I just took my 8 month old golden lab puppy to the pet smart on erb st. Boardwalk. The women was amazing and did a great job trimming his nails. Only complaint is that I didn't see an option to give a tip. Anyone dealing with a puppys nails deserves a tip. Step up Pet Smart...for your employees. Set it up on checkout or something.

The crew was so nice and treated our puppy so well for his first time at a groomer. Megan did a great job and was very informative at time of pick up. 🐕👍
Just completed puppy and intermediate training courses the past 12 weeks. Tali is a fantastic trainer. I would highly recommend all new dog owners to take their obedience classes with her. I will be back for the advance class.
